Tried doing a System Restore, but apparently I didn't have any restore point so that didn't work. Then booted from a USB drive and went to the Advanced Startup Options. First I resetted the BIOS to its default settings (didn't solve the problem). I looked for a solution online and tried doing some things. I left it like that for many hours but nothing changed.

Now it passed that BIOS screen but got stuck in another loop: a black screen with the white Windows logo and the loading dots that first said "preparing automatic repair", then "diagnosing your PC" and finally "attempting repair". I didn't know what to do and was in a bit of a hurry so instead of looking for a solution in there I restarted the computer again (by pressing the power button). This time when booting up it got stuck in the initial BIOS screen (the one with the manufacturer logo, Asus in this case, that says press DEL to go to BIOS). It still didn't work so I restarted it again. A few days ago I installed the drivers of a USB Wifi adapter (from TP-Link), but the adapter didn't work so I restarted my PC.
